All levels gentle practice followed by pranayama and a deep guided relaxation session of yoga Nidra.

During the restorative poses or gentle movement, the intention is to keep bringing yourself to feeling your body, the breath and invite it to relax.
The breathing exercises are from traditional yoga and there are options so that you can calibrate to your needs, they will be weaved in for the fist part of the workshop.
We end with Yoga Nidra or psychic sleep as Sri Dharma likes to call it, will allow you to take the time to let all the cells of your physical body, joints and organs de-stress and begin to find balance. This result occurs on an unconscious level as your bodily systems become healthy, balanced and refreshed.
